Trios instalacija - missing operating system

Imam mali problemcic. Konacno sam uspeo da oslobodim ssd sa macbook-a. Prebacio u drugi laptop, pokrenuo live, instalirao automatski na ceo ssd. Zavrsila se instalacija. Reboot. Izvadio usb. Butovao ssd i onda problem “Missing operating system”. Opet trios usb, formatirao ssd, instalirao trios, reboot, opet isto. Jel radim nesto pogresno ili je problem sa mojim laptopom? Na stari hdd sve radilo ok, ne znam zasto sad na ssd ne radi.

Ovako na slepo, bez imalo podataka, mogu samo da nagađam…najverovatniji problem je ili u starijem kernelu ili/i grubu.
Drugo, nepoznanica je kako tvoj BIOS (UEFI?) vidi taj ssd.
Treće, nisi naveo da li je uopšte instalirano nešto na ssd disku, ili nije ?
Ako još uvek nisi (ponovo) reformatirao taj ssd, podigni live TRIOS i pronađi particije instaliranog TRIOS-a na tom ssd…log instalacije se nalazi u /var/log/installation.log, prenesi ga ovde da vidimo zašto nema gruba.
Ako si pak ponovo obrisao ceo disk, probaj sa ponovnom instalacijom, ali bez restarta na kraju…samo izađi iz instalera, i restart ostavi za kasnije.
I na live sistemu postoji log instalacije, pa može takođe da se prenese ovde.

Sad cu to odraditi pa javljam sta sam uspeo. Na kraju sam instalirao ubuntu jer mi je hitno trebao komp da nesto sredim. Javljam cim instaliram. Mada sta mi je interesantno je to da sam ubuntu napravio sa unetbootin sa windowsa i sve radilo extra. Isto to za trios, nije radilo kako treba. Inace sam ssd formatirao nakon sto sam ga izvadio iz macbook-a i ubacio u ovaj laptop. Za par minuta cim odradim instalaciju stavicu i log

Ovo sam jedino nasao cudno. sdb je usb gde je live. sda je ssd… 😦

Interesantno. Reboot i podigao je sistem… Nemam pojma zasto. Nisam nista menjao, niti dirao. Samo napravio novi live usb sa ubuntu-a. Sinoc sam na desktop komp uradio trios, danas pokusao na laptopu i nije hteo. Nemam pojma zasto ali mi je drago da je proradio.
Hvala Dragane u svakom slucaju. E da, ako mozes objasni mi zasto u tom delu ima bad superblock? Jel to normalno ili nesto cudno kod mene?

Iz loga se vidi da si ti TRIOS u stvari instalirao na usb sa kojeg si i radio instalaciju 🙂

Predlog:
Obriši kompletno taj usb, “nareži” ponovo TRIOS na njega, i u sledećem pokušaju proveri gde tačno instaliraš TRIOS…verovatno si prvi put nehotice izabrao /dev/sdb 🙂
Zato sam te i pitao kako BIOS vidi taj ssd, i da li ga uopšte vidi kao hard disk, ili ga tretira kao flash removable disk

DOPUNA:
Vrlo je moguće da ta TRIOS instalacija, iako si uspeo da je podigneš, nije kompletna, odnosno da je neispravna…da li je live usb bio priključen dok si podizao računar?
Ako jeste, vrlo je moguće da je grub instaliran na usb, a ne na ssd…

Na desktop komp sam imao ubuntu vec instaliran (keva koristila taj komp nekad) i sa njega napravio trios na usb. Onda sam na hdd na ovom laptopu uradio trios. Proslo 10-ak dana, na desktopu odradio trios sa istog usb. Sledeceg dana uzeo ssd sa macbooka i zamenio sa hdd iz ovog laptopa. Ubacio isti usb i pokusao da instaliram. Medjutim, eto desio se taj problem. Kasnije opet napravio usb sa trios-om i instalirao bez problema. Ne znam kako se taj usb izmenio ili sta vec, ali bitno da sam odradio sistem uspesno ^^
